At 6 years old Frankie 13 had it all. He was anointed the youngest child to ever read and write in the state of Pennsylvania. He received awards for poems and speeches that he wrote starting at the age of 4. But life hasn't turned out like he expected. Now 26, he lives with his mother, thanklessly trying to follow in his father's footsteps in news radio. But, his true love is Rock Paper Scissors. And his dedication to the game may be the one thing he needs to be a success again: the World Rock Paper Scissors Champion.

this was like watching a bunch of Frat boys making fun of a nerd. I was surprised it made it into the film, and shocked it won best documentary short. It is embarrassing to have attended a festival that would give this film an award.
